Aetna shareholders voted overwhelmingly to approve the CVS Health's plan to buy the health insurer for $69 billion. About 97 percent of the votes cast were in support of the merger plan first proposed in early December. Once the deal is completed, Aetna (NYSE: AEY) shareholders will receive $145 in cash and 0.8378 of a CVS Health (NYSE: CVS) share for each Aetna share they own.
